The big grinder stays on the shelf.
This one is in your hand in ten seconds.
A full-size grinder is the right tool for a big job. For one rusted bolt, one piece of tile or one cut under the sink, it's heavy, corded and too big to fit.
This is a 3-inch brushless grinder you hold in one hand, at about a pound and a half, with two 12V batteries so one is always charged. It's made for the five-minute jobs you keep putting off.
Fast enough for bolts, rebar ties, tile, PVC and trim. Brushless means less heat and a longer motor life.
Run one, charge one. The charge light shows what's left.
An adjustable metal guard turns sparks away from your hand, and the wheel stops fast when you let go.

Questions people ask first
How long does a battery last?
It depends on the material. Expect several small cuts or a few minutes of steady metal cutting per battery, which is why the kit includes two. Swap and keep working while the first one charges.
Is it strong enough for metal?
Yes, for small work: bolts, screws, thin bar, sheet metal and rust. It's a 12V tool, so for thick steel or long cuts a full-size grinder is the right choice.
What's in the box?
The grinder, two 12V 1500mAh batteries, a charger, four blades and discs, the guard and a wrench.
What discs fit it?
Standard 3-inch (75 mm) discs with a 10 mm bore, sold at most hardware stores.
Is it safe to use?
It has an adjustable metal guard and a two-step switch so it can't start by accident. Wear eye protection and gloves, and let the disc do the work.
How long is shipping?
